Refining, not replacing

Ferroque already had a recognizable identity, but the mark, wordmark and surrounding visual language needed greater clarity and consistency. The refresh began by studying what should remain familiar and what needed to work harder.

Rather than remove the identity’s history, the selected direction refined its construction, clarified the relationship between monogram and wordmark, and improved how the system behaved across sizes and formats.

Building enterprise credibility

Deep navy and teal created a dependable foundation, supported by an extended palette that could introduce hierarchy and energy without weakening the core identity.

Figtree was retained for its clarity and range. Together, color and typography gave Ferroque a more controlled voice for both concise brand messages and dense technical communication.

A visual language with range

The identity expanded beyond the logo through slanted geometry, line-based illustration, three-dimensional forms and a flexible approach to imagery.

These elements could move between restrained corporate material and more expressive campaigns while still feeling part of one system.

Built to communicate

Ferroque communicates across technical articles, partner events, leadership programs and customer-facing campaigns. The system therefore needed to hold detailed information without losing hierarchy or recognition.

Reusable social and event formats combined the core brand with partner identities, photography and campaign-specific content while preserving a consistent Ferroque presence.

Extending the identity into digital

Website exploration provided an early test of how the refreshed identity could work as a digital experience. The screens applied the new typography, color, imagery and angular layout principles to real content and complex service structures.

This was a design exploration that helped make the system tangible.

Tools for everyday use

The system was translated into templates that Ferroque’s team could use in daily work: presentations, Word documents, brochures, letterhead and communication materials.

Internal and external variants gave the brand enough flexibility for different audiences without creating separate visual languages.

From project to partnership

What began as an identity refresh became a practical communication system. The new presentation direction was adopted by the team, additional decks and applications followed, and the work expanded into continued support across Ferroque’s communications.

A system made to be used

Ferroque gained a coherent visual system that could support technical expertise, enterprise communication and a growing range of everyday brand applications.
