A brand built into the product

GdeSiPosao was conceived as more than another job board. The strategy positioned it as an expert guide to a more personal hiring process, helping candidates and companies move beyond the limits of the traditional CV.

That idea had to live in the product from the start. The mark combines three cues already embedded in the experience: search, the letter P and video.

More expression, without distraction

To move beyond the conventions of job platforms, GdeSiPosao needed a visual language with more expression than the category usually allows. A vivid color palette, display typography, illustrated backgrounds, icons and doodles gave the brand presence without competing with the interface.

Big Shoulders Display carries the boldest statements, while Mona Sans handles the working product. Together with color and illustration, they form a flexible system across product, marketing and communication.

Making the difference clear

The public website had to explain the difference before asking anyone to create an account. Separate paths for candidates and companies clarified the proposition from both sides of the hiring process.

Large type, color and illustration carried the identity into a flexible page system spanning the homepage, audience pages, pricing and supporting content.

One language across every page

As the public website expanded, the system had to support different content depths, calls to action and user journeys without losing its identity.

Reusable page patterns created consistency across the site while leaving enough flexibility for each page to do a different job.

Two sides of the same platform

GdeSiPosao serves two distinct users: candidates looking for opportunities and companies looking for people. Their journeys intersect, but their profiles, onboarding steps and priorities are different.

Both sides were designed as parts of the same product, with shared interaction patterns adapted to what each user needs to present, review and act on.

From profile to opportunity

Profiles were only the starting point. The product extended into job and candidate search, filters, job creation, applications, subscriptions and the flows connecting each step.

The goal was consistency, not novelty on every screen: keeping a growing set of tasks clear while carrying the same brand character through the working interface.

From strategy to working product

GdeSiPosao became a coherent brand and working digital product, with one system spanning the public website, candidate and company profiles, onboarding, search, applications and hiring flows.
